Portal Rescue is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors who are elected annually. A Fire Chief and EMS Chief manage those organization’s functions.

- Treasurer – Jackie Lewis
- EMS Chief – Alina Downer
- Fire Chief – David Newton
